Update as of 16 October 2018:
The room we will use is the Rockcliffe Lounge, on the 2nd floor. There are both stairs and an elevator and the Mess will have a sign pointing the way. Coats are ideally left in the downstairs cloakroom, although the staff do not mind our guests keeping their coats with them, given that this is a public event.
There is plentiful parking in front of the Mess (and the adjacent Junior Officers’ Mess) or just behind the two on either side. The front parking spaces that are reserved can be used because our event is after 5:00m p.m.
The easiest access is from Laurier Avenue East; as you drive east past city hall, take the Queen Elizabeth Drive ramp and the Mess is just to the right.
