If you must Zoom, get the technical glitches out of the way early. Then, think about how to make the conversation flow. Set up a question or two to answer that doesn’t provoke just a yes or no answer.


Alternatively, Get off Zoom. Video games have emerged as a great way for friends and family to gather online. Co-watching apps are another option. And if you’re fed up with screens, consider voice games through your smart speaker.
