Virtual ICFC Event on Sunday May 2nd 11:00

Dear India Canada Friendship Circle (ICFC) Friends,

We invite you to join us for a virtual Sunday morning coffee at 11:00 a.m. EST (Ottawa) on Sunday, May 2nd, 2021 on Zoom.

In order to receive the Zoom invitation link for the Event, please email us at with your full name & title, location (city), organization if applicable, and email address by noon on Saturday May 1st.

Our first lecture will be given by two seasoned diplomats from India and Canada (High Commissioner of India to Canada, H.E. Ajay Bisaria; and Canadian Author and former Ambassador, Mr. Robin Higham). Our guest speakers will set the scene from their perspective in each of their respective countries.

The High Commissioner of India to Canada will speak on “India@75: An Aspiration for Inclusive Development”.

Author and Former Canadian Ambassador Robin Higham will speak on “Who do we think we are?”.

Also, we will be joined by the Member of Parliament for Nepean, Ontario Mr. Chandra Arya who will give us an update on Canadian support for Covid relief efforts in India and how we may contribute.
